Who plays online Scrabble on www.pogo.com?

I am playing scrabble at pogo.com because I can't find another free site that I don't have to download a toolbar to get. So my first question is do you guys know a website that has free scrabble with no toolbar? Also, if you do play at pogo.com how do I submit my word for points after I put my tiles on the board. I can't figure it out and the instructions don't say how to do it . I keep running out of time and then it just takes my word off the board and it's my opponents turn. thanks.|||There should be a submit button next to your hold tiles area on the right side.
