It's a free download, and you can play for free, although you can also pay an annual fee, which will get you a few perks(nothing you need to play)
They have games using the Tournament Word List, which includes "naughty " words not in the Official Scrabble Players Dictionary, but ARE allowed in sanctioned play. There are also games played in French, Italian, Dutch and Romanian!
Even a Multi mode, using all those languages at once!
